To help solve this problem in the short term, we have restructured the HTML version of the Warp Installation Notes into a multi-page document so that it is no longer necessary to request the whole document to get at particular sections of it. This should reduce the bandwidth hit on the Web server and provide, on average, better response times to Web clients. Unfortunately, it does mean that if you really do want the whole document you need to request each page.
One way you can help us out if you do need the full document is to request the ASCII version from Hobbes (see the ASCII v1.1.2 link above), rather than the HTML version from here.
We are still musing about ways to solve the more general and longer term problem of limited bandwidth. Anyone who would like to help us with our musing is invited to contact one of the administrators.
